DESCRIPTION:The Dartmouth Club of the Upper Valley will hold its annual Dartmouth Club Book Awards ceremony and reception on campus at the Top of the Hop\, Hopkins Center for the Arts. Selected Juniors from area high schools will be honored for outstanding academic excellence and leadership qualities.\n\nDonald Pease\, the Ted and Helen Geisel Third Century Professor of the Humanities and Director of the Master of Arts in Liberal Studies Program at Dartmouth\, will speak and present a signed and personalized copy of his insightful biography of beloved author and illustrator Dr. Seuss\, Theodor SEUSS Geisel.\n\nPlease join us for this annual event. It is a very rewarding opportunity to hear the personal stories of these outstanding students and Professor Pease’s unique insight on Ted Geisel and his work.
