Dr. Pillar served in the Army in Vietnam, then had a 28 year career in the CIA ending as National Intelligence Officer for the Near East and South Asia. Currently Dr. Pillar is a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution and the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown and he blogs at nationalinterest.org. We need to know your name(s), class year(s) if you went to Dartmouth, and your menu choice(s). You can send money to our PO Box (see below) or bring it to the event. Prices are $55/person, $35 each for classes of 2002 & more recent, $80/each for non members. Menu choices are:
- Mustard-Crusted Prime Filet Mignon with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Baby Vegetables served with a Cabernet Demi-Glace
- Mint and Honey Rubbed Rack of Lamb with Sweet Pea Risotto and Asparagus served with a Mint Demi-Glace
- Roasted Haddock Filet with Creamy Italian Couscous and Sautéed Spinach served with a Tomato and a Chive Butter Sauce
