New Buildings on Old Streets: As Dartmouth enters its 250th year, the construction of the campus that began with 2 log cabins in the pine forest is still going on. College Architect John Scherding will give us an update on projects like the Hood, Dana, the athletic building and the West End traffic. The power plant, which is half as old as the College, is due for a major change. The early auto entrance to the campus is re-opening.
Please note that this month our reception will take place following our talk. Join us at 6 PM for the presentation and at 7 for free conversation, snacks and beverages. Questions welcome.
Co-sponsored by Dartmouth Alumni in Design & Architecture.
